The newly constructed 2451 Washington St. Condominiums are located at the base of Fort Hill in Roxbury, one of the oldest sections in Boston. Having been erected in an area so steeped in history, it’s only fitting that the landscape installation was designed to mimic those of an earlier time. With monolithic antique granite serving as the patio area seat-wall, and Town Hall pavers laid under foot, the project exudes a truly colonial feel. Outdoor Perspective was hired to perform all landscape construction services for the project, and to ensure that the architect’s vision was brought to life. Combining old-world techniques and products with modern construction practices, our team was able to strike the perfect balance between form and function.
